We are open 51 weeks a year; the nursery will be closed annually from Christmas Eve to the first working day of the New Year.
We are closed on bank holidays, and one-half day per term for team training (three per year).
Carly Blackburn Carly is an experienced nursery manager with 17 years’ experience in education, spanning the private sector, primary schools, and higher education. She has a strong background in nursery leadership, curriculum design, and university lecturing, and is passionate about creating inspiring, high-quality learning environments that nurture children’s development through innovative, play-based approaches. Carly will be there to answer any questions you may have, to support every child’s smooth transition into the nursery, and to ensure the highest standards of care and education are consistently delivered.
With an increasing number of parents working from home, the Cub Hub offers a delightful alternative. You can attend to your emails, savour a delightful North Star Coffee and indulge in delectable treats from our locally sourced menu. Moreover, parents can relish a generous 20% discount on all Cub Hub refreshments, along with a 10% retail discount at the Cubhouse Store.
The Hub café is open Monday to Friday, 7.45am to 2.30pm.
Our on-site studio will host classes for parents, babies and toddlers.
