Welcome

We’d love for you to join our team.

Our values

Every single person working in our settings plays a vital role in our shared vision for exemplary childcare and education. Our team is our most valuable resource, and we recognise and celebrate each team member’s unique skills, knowledge, and experience; we recruit both qualified and unqualified people, who have a passion for early years and a commitment to providing the highest standard of care and education.

Our nurseries have been designed with our team in mind. We want your working day to be easy and fun, and so our nursery rooms, storage, equipment, and resources are designed to make your role as enjoyable as possible. Our policy of working on a +1 ratio enables consistency for both the children and the team, making everyone’s experience a happy one.

Our goal is to become an employer of choice, investing in and developing our people, helping you to reach your own goals and ambitions through your individual professional development programme. The nurseries close for three half days each year for whole team training, you will have access to an online training platform, and you will receive tailored face to face training, coaching, mentoring and support from the moment you join the team. We are proactive in our commitment to supporting our team’s well-being. We seek to provide our teams with good working conditions and a positive work-life balance. Enhanced salary packages

We know how much you care about your job and how hard you work, and so our salaries are some of the best in the region. You will have access to our employee benefits platform, which includes well-being support, and along with our customers, you will also enjoy discounts with local businesses and services.

Christmas holidays and your birthdays off

On top of your annual holiday allowance, we will give you the days between Christmas and New Year as a holiday. And of course, who wants to work on their birthday? Not us – so we give you that off too. The longer you work for us, the more holiday you accrue; stay with us for 5 years and we will give you 30 days of holiday a year.

Work/life balance

When you finish work, you finish work. We will never ask you to work from home, join a work WhatsApp group or give us your time for free.

Free lunch and hot drinks

You will take your breaks in our staff well-being room where you will be welcome to take us up on our offer of a free lunch and café coffee.

No uniform

One of the curriculum aspirations for our children is “you do you”. And we believe the same is true for our team. We don’t ask you to wear a uniform, but we do give you £90 a year towards your work clothes.
