Register for the waiting list
If you would like to register for Cub Headingley’s waiting list, please complete the registration form here. There will be a registration fee of £150, and this secures you a place on our waiting list. If you would like to speak to someone about current availability, please get in touch.
Registration for places at cub Headingley are now open for September 2025 onwards. There will be a registration fee of £150 required to secure your place.
To find out about current availability, please email frontofhouse@cubheadingley.co.uk with your child’s date of birth, and your preferred days and start date. Alternatively, you can call the nursery if you would like to speak to one of our managers.
Once a place is offered, we will request a deposit equivalent to two weeks’ fees. This will be returned to you at the end of your time at Cub on the condition that:
We offer a minimum attendance pattern of two days per week. Please note that priority will be given to parents requiring five- and four-day places at the nursery.

Our fees include:
Fees are calculated based on the 51 weeks of the year that Cub is open, averaged over 12 equal monthly payments.

Please note that the amounts are subject to change each financial year when the funding amounts are reviewed by the Government.
Full-time bookings benefit from a 10% discount.
We offer a 10% discount on sibling places; this will be applied to the child attending the lower number of sessions.
Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for sickness or holidays.
Fees are due on the 1st of each month for the month ahead.
Payment can be made via childcare vouchers, tax-free childcare and standing orders.
If you need an extra day or even a half day, we will be happy to book that for you, subject to availability.
We only offer set booking patterns, however, if you need to swap a day, we will always see if it is possible to accommodate your request.
If you need to reduce the number of days that your child attends, we require just one month’s notice. If you need more, we will book that in for you as soon as the day is available.
